Ok folks,i know some of you who have boards think that your site is automatically placed into search engines..........Right?..........Wrong!!!!!
You have to manually do it,and i do it the free way!!!!
Below are links to Search engine submit pages,just put in the information they ask for.
You do not need to put the index/cgi bit,finish it with .com.

I need Hits
MSN Search
Google
Yahoo
Good look,and watch your traffic grow in a few weeks time!!!!

Can i just add on, your web page will get added but there is no guarantee it will
By that what I mean is when the google bot is hitting your site it is "caching" your page so by doing this it has some not all your information so if you have keywords in your boards this will appear on the search engine.
And also Jason once you add your site it does not go on straight away the longest I am aware of was 13 months for one url submission and that was with yahoo

I didn't say it will go on straight away.
Most search engines will crawl your site within a few weeks.
Some even index it at the time of submitting......i know i've done enough.
